What’s Covered?
- Up to 100% of the cost of ceiling and underfloor insulation
- Installation included
- Ground moisture barriers may also be included where needed
- All products meet EECA performance standards
Who Can Get It?
You may qualify if:
- You own and live in the home
- Your home was built before 2008
- You live in a low-income area (we can check this for you)
- You hold a Community Services Card or a SuperGold Card with CSC endorsement (not sure? We can check for you)
Even if your home already has insulation, you may still qualify for top-ups if it doesn’t meet today’s standards.

I don’t qualify for the subsidy. What are my options?
If you’re not eligible for Warmer Kiwi Homes, we can still help. We offer competitive pricing, and in some cases, there may be other funding options or community support available. Let’s talk it through.
Am I locked in if I get an assessment?
Not at all. Our home assessments are free and no-obligation. We’ll give you honest advice and a clear plan — it’s totally up to you whether or not you want to go ahead.

If you qualify for the Warmer Kiwi Homes subsidy, you could get up to 100% of the cost covered, including supply and installation. We’ll give you a clear quote upfront so you know exactly what’s covered and what (if anything) you’ll need to pay.
How can you help with my rental property?
We carry out full Healthy Homes compliance checks for landlords. We’ll let you know what your rental already meets, what needs upgrading, and give you a plan to get it sorted — including insulation, heating, and moisture control.
